The Avenue 50 Studio is an arts presentation organization grounded in Latinx culture through the visual and literary arts. It seeks to bridge cultures through artistic expressions, using content-driven art to educate and stimulate intercultural understanding. Avenue 50 is widely recognized as an innovative leader in the field of art and is a respected advocate and sought-after venue for patrons, and artists whose content-driven work offers insightful commentary about life in today’s multicultural world. In 2000, it established itself in Highland Park first as a personal studio space, then developing into galleries, artist studios and community gathering spaces. Located in a Latinx community of Highland Park, they serve predominantly Latinx artists and supporters.
